How long does the battery last?+
Our headphones average 32–40 hours per charge depending on the model and ANC usage. Earbuds run 6–7 hours per bud, with a full case adding 20+ more.
Are Saraz products waterproof?+
Most earbuds and speakers carry an IPX5 or higher rating — check the specifications tab on each product page for the exact figure.
Can I use Saraz headphones with any phone?+
Yes. Everything connects over standard Bluetooth 5.2+ and works with iOS, Android, and any Bluetooth-capable device.
Do you ship internationally?+
We currently ship to most countries. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises on delivery.
What's covered under warranty?+
Every product includes a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Accidental damage isn't covered, but we offer discounted out-of-warranty repairs.
